Description
The application should send emails when the following events occur:
Ticket creation
Ticket completion
Ticket time addition
Ticket modification
All these email notifications should be configurable by the user. A user should be able to turn on and off all these items in their account.
Associated revisions
Adding more email events, cleaning up a few straggling items that needed to be fixed. References #49.
