1. Queries are echoed on step 3
2. Make the field to enter DB password ether of type password and have a second field to verify, or use autocomplete="no", browsers are saving the entry for auto completion, either of those options will disable that to enhance privacy.
3. One should be able to select no prefix when installing(this may work and my bug may be related to my 4th point)
4. Check if the table already exists before creating it(possibly raising a friendly error that this database isnt suited for the install)
