New Client sub-form on Add Project doesn't remember my submission on failure

Description
If my Add Project submission is rejected, the project details I've entered remain, but the new client sub-form doesn't remember what I've entered (which is worse than forgetting the project info b/c there's more of it). The sub-form also is not visible though the "New Client" option is selected, and to make it visible I have to click another client and then click back to New Client.
